Bruschetta with tomatoesThe tastiest appetizer, Italian specialty, favorite breakfast of many people, an excellent, beautiful and delicious serving for guests.


  • 6 cherry tomatoes;
  • 100 grams of peeled tomatoes;
  • 3 bulbs of garlic;
  • A little bit of vinegar;
  • Some fresh basil;
  • Olive oil;
  • Salt;
  • Ground black pepper;
  • 1 French baguette;
  • 250 grams of mozzarella cheese.

Bruschetta Preparation:

Chop the cherry tomatoes and garlic. Then mix them in a large bowl alongside the peeled tomatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, vinegar and basil. Allow the mixture to stand for 10 minutes. Cut the baguette slices with a thickness of 2 cm. Arrange them in a pan and heat until their color becomes red. Then distribute the mixture with tomato on each slice and grate the mozzarella. Put back the pan in the oven and wait another 5 minutes until the mozzarella melts.
